Job Description:
We are seeking one Software Engineer 3 to support enterprise application development and infrastructure management. The selected candidate will work within an Agile/DevOps environment and be responsible for administering tools, managing infrastructure, and supporting development and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions based on system flow, data usage, and business processes
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Administer and automate GitHub and Jira environments
- Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3), using CloudFormation or Terraform
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, OpenShift
- Provide end-user support and training
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, support asset and service account management
- Utilize BMC Helix ticketing system
- Perform virtual machine provisioning/de-provisioning in Hyper-V or cloud environments
- Prepare documentation and support implementation activities

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years on large Agile development projects
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Virtual machine lifecycle management (cloud/on-prem)
- Prior development and database experience.
