Dynatrace Engineer

Position Title: Dynatrace Engineer
Position Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA (Preferred) - Hybrid -3 days a week
• Remote If local to Pittsburgh 100% remote is not an option

Transition applications over to a legacy support mode

Key responsibilities:

• Keeping certifications up to date for the applications they are going to be supporting - also handling general issue resolutions, maintenance planning and execution and troubleshooting

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

• Dynatrace
• Must have a demonstrated mastery of troubleshooting skills for high visibility and high velocity applications

Flex Skills:

• Ansible
• Automation skills

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

• Good communication both written and verbal
• High visibility with an executive presence

Education/Years of Experience:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
• Years of experience: 3-5 years
