Job Title: Syndigo Developer

 


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Syndigo Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations, data pipelines, and configurations within the Syndigo Product Experience Management (PXM) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Syndigo modules, APIs, and product data synchronization across multiple retail and e-commerce channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Syndigo platform for Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Data Syndication.

  • Build and optimize API integrations between Syndigo and external systems (ERP, SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.).

  • Configure product data models, taxonomy, attributes, and workflows within Syndigo.

  • Develop scripts and automation for data ingestion, transformation, and publishing.

  • Work closely with business and data teams to ensure data consistency, quality, and accuracy across all channels.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Syndigo integrations and data feeds.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and eCommerce to deliver scalable Syndigo solutions.

  • Support implementation of new Syndigo releases, testing, and production deployments.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Syndigo development or integration (PIM/DAM/Syndication modules).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and taxonomy design.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and data transformation.

  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or .NET.

  • Familiarity with ETL tools, data integration frameworks, and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI).

  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or CPG product data standards (GS1, GDSN, etc.) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
