The position functions as the Lead Program Business Analyst in support of a large-scale, complex IT modernization program. This high-visibility role will work with program leadership to coordinate and facilitate activities across multiple workstreams, helping to manage program scope, change requests, and project deliverables. This is a specialized business analyst/project manager role supporting program-level activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedules across program tasks.
Work with Project Managers, Business Managers, Program Leadership, and stakeholders to communicate across organizations.
Review project tasks, coordinate resources, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with a matrixed team across all project workstreams to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate within an agile software development process with developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
Facilitate program change request briefings, approvals, and prioritization.
Track and follow up on business and vendor program action items.
Facilitate and manage program scope change and enhancement scheduling.
