About the Role:

We are hiring a SAP - Software Quality Lead to champion end-to-end quality across our software products. This role is pivotal in ensuring our solutions meet user needs, comply with quality standards, and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across technologies including Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, SAP, ServiceNow, and modern web platforms.

What You ll Do:

  • Lead Testing Projects Own testing deliverables, define test strategies, and ensure alignment with project timelines and standards

  • Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to create and execute test plans, test cases, and test data

  • Drive Execution Lead test execution across projects, manage daily progress, and report quality metrics via dashboards and reports

  • Bug Lifecycle Management Monitor and resolve issues, escalate blockers, and ensure smooth test cycles

  • Improve Quality Practices Drive best practices in manual and automated testing, mentor teams, and champion a quality-first mindset

  • Agile & DevOps Advocacy Integrate Agile/SCRUM and CI/CD practices into testing workflows

  • Automation Collaboration Partner with automation specialists to align manual and automated test efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years leading software testing initiatives

  • Strong command of software testing methodologies and tools

  • Proven leadership and project coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Visual Studio

  • Exposure to SAP testing and ServiceNow

  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation concepts
