Job Title: NeoLoad / Tricentis Performance Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NeoLoad / Tricentis Performance Tester to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. The role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure system scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad and Tricentis performance testing tools

  • Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations

  • Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing

  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

  • Monitor system performance during test execution and analyze results

  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues

  • Prepare detailed performance test reports and metrics for stakeholders

  • Ensure performance benchmarks and SLAs are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad

  • Experience with Tricentis performance testing ecosystem

  • Understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies

  • Experience testing web-based and API-based applications

  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST, SOAP, and microservices architecture

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar

  • Ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and monitoring tools

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud environments ,Azure

  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies
