Location set to CT but this position could also report to the Westwood MA office.
Flexible work schedules will be determined. Will need to go into the office at least occasionally - this is NOT 100% remote. The Westwood MA or Berlin CT offices would be the two location options to report into.
We are looking for Marketing professional to support our growing marketing team. This position supports the execution of multiple marketing programs, advertising campaigns and sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be both a team player and individual contributor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with members of the marketing team to assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Coordinates the execution of email marketing and direct mail campaigns.
- Coordinates events specifically for business to business, including invitations, registrations, webinar coordination, and more.
- Analyzes research and measurement of campaigns and programs, communicates results and recommends improvements and/or adjustments.
- Assists with budgeting and financing tasks including invoice tracking.
- Coordinates website updates.
- Coordinates with internal and external copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and other vendors.
- Additional duties assigned as business needs dictate.
- Travels approximately 10% of time
- 2-6 years of B2B marketing experience
- B2B event/webinar, direct mail and email experience
- Be enthusiastic, a quick-learner and eager
- Proficient/expert-level use of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Sway and Microsoft Forms
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Proficient/expert-level use of email marketing system such as Marketo, Constant Contact and/or Mail Chimp
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter with strong desire to learn
- Results-driven, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Associate or Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Business
