Contract
Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Duration- 1+Year (Possible extension)

Pay Rate: $80-85 an hour on W2(DOE)

Job Description:

  • Uses Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships within an enterprise level CMDB
  • ServiceNow is the preferred database but will accept others such as Remedy, AppSpace, Ivanti, etc.
  • Ability to work alone, analyse, interpret complex data, and provide highly advanced solutions to technical problems escalated. Strong team dynamics a must have.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading business process management (BPM), or business analysis functions within a large enterprise
  • At least 3 years of experience participating workflow, process, or development projects
  • At least 3 years of experience with enterprise service management, workflow, or business process automation tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong technology background and applicable technology skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 or later and ITSM best practices
  • Experience as a product owner, driving the outcomes for multiple products or complex features
  • Strong communication, writing, and executive presentation skills
  • Able to translate complex ideas into understandable strategies, requirements, value statements, and business outcomes
