- Good knowledge on ITIL practices

Detailed Job Description:
- Experience with ITIL process, Change management, Incident handling.
- Monitor and Escalate Major and Critical alerts for T1 Implementation based on runbooks.
- Perform the initial investigation as per runbook and escalate the incidents for cases which are beyond scope of runbook per the escalation protocol.
Minimum years of experience:
5-8 years
