IFS ERP HCM Consultant

Position: IFS ERP HCM Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months
Job Description:

• As an experienced IFS professional your focus will be to architect and deliver system capabilities to our customers, using IFS ERP suite following forward thinking approach. You will be primarily responsible for analyzing requirements, designing the to be' system process, configuration requirements and subsequent deployment of IFS solutions focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) module in IFS and associated modules. The consultant will use a combination of IFS functional knowledge and best business practice experience to lead the customer through their implementation.
• You will support all areas of human resource management including:
• Employee & organization management.
• Qualifications, development & training.
• Health & safety.
• Expense management.
• Time & attendance.
• Employee & manager self-service.
• Payroll integration.
• IFS Cross-functional. (Document Management, Resource Structure, Job Costing, Work Task, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze client s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports.
• Analyze customers business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers needs.
• Map client s requirement with functionalities of IFS application to develop implementation plan.
• Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Apply extensive knowledge of the client s business and industry to develop client's business processes.
• Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements.
• Provide training to clients and peers.
• Individual should be able to lead meetings, discussions with client and third parties to gather information for the purpose of completing functional integration specifications.
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• 3+ years' experience in IFS Applications version 9 and above.
• Hands on experience in implementing IFS HCM module. Experience in any of the other major IFS modules such as Manufacturing, Projects and Contracts, EAM, Supply Chain, Finance, etc will be advantageous.
• IFS HCM Practitioner Certification is a plus.
