MarTech (Marketing Technology) Enterprise Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior MarTech Technology /Enterprise Architect to lead the technology discovery and target-state architecture of a complex marketing technology transformation.
This role will define the future MarTech stack and integration blueprint for a multi-platform ecosystem that include various platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, independent CDPs (ActionIQ, etc), Datawarehouses, DMPs, (Snowflake), and next-generation loyalty platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Discovery
- Lead current-state assessment and future-state architecture design for Adobe Experience Cloud and surrounding MarTech ecosystem.
- Define AEM component architecture, content modeling, and multi-site/template strategy for migration from Broadleaf CMS.
- Design personalization and decisioning framework leveraging Adobe Target, Google Tag Manager, ActionIQ CDP, and Snowflake event streams.
- Evaluate and recommend Enterprise DAM strategy (Tamar/Rio/Adobe Assets) and integration with AEM.
- Integration & Data Activation
- Define real-time and batch data activation patterns between AEM/Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and CDP.
- Partner with Data Architect, understand Integration aspects and enable Next Best Action scenarios and identity resolution across channels.
- Oversee tagging/measurement strategy using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, consent management, and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Provide guidance on data stewardship for marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to translate customer-experience goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Produce discovery deliverables: reference architecture diagrams, migration roadmaps, integration blueprints, and vendor RFP inputs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech or Digital Experience architecture, with at least 3+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets).
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tags, and personalization frameworks.
- Experience working with Loyalty platforms-- Voucherify , Antavo , SessionM
- Experience in CMS, CRM, PIM, email platforms, social platforms
- Experience integrating Adobe stack with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and CDPs (ActionIQ, Adobe RT-CDP, Segment).
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) for hosting, data activation, or analytics integration within a marketing technology ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of tag management, analytics instrumentation, and privacy/compliance requirements.
- Proven success leading large-scale MarTech migrations (CMS, personalization, VoC, or DAM).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Architect, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch).
- Familiarity with promotion engines (EPE) and loyalty platforms.
- Prior consulting or agency experience delivering multi-platform marketing transformations
