Key Responsibilities:

• Resource-Related Billing (RRB):

• Configure and implement RRB processes within SAP SD and PS modules to handle customer-specific services such as consulting, make-to-order production, and external plant maintenance.
• Utilize dynamic items from expenditure information (e.g., costs for material, utilities, personnel, trips) to create billing requests.
• Define and maintain item categories, billing types, and pricing procedures for RRB scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RRB with other SAP modules.

• Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR):

• Implement and optimize SAP RAR solutions in accordance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 for accurate revenue recognition.
• Configure RAR modules, including BRF+ decision tables, to handle revenue recognition rules and scenarios.
• Integrate RAR with SAP SD, FI, and other relevant modules to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support data migration efforts, including the transfer of open contracts from legacy systems to RAR.
• Develop and execute test plans for RAR configurations and interfaces.

• Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Optimization:

• Analyze and translate business requirements into SAP O2C solutions, focusing on billing, credit management, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and configure SAP O2C solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP O2C processes, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree in business, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP O2C processes and integration with FICO and MM modules.
• At least 5 years of experience in configuring and implementing RRB and RAR solutions within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, including IFRS 15 and ASC 606.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP RAR configuration, including BRF+ decision tables and revenue recognition models.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration between SAP modules such as SD, FI, and PS.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO modules, including cost and revenue element accounting, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
• Experience with ECC upgrade to SAP S/4HANN is highly desirable
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules such as BRIM.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
