Job Details
Provide production support for ARGO Teller and Central Payments applications.
Respond to ARGO EDMS alerts and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct root cause analysis on defects, configurations, environmental/system designs.
Collaborate with ARGO vendor for troubleshooting and resolution.
Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, triaging, and setting up alerts.
Diagnose transaction, network, and database issues for problem resolution.
Address issues in ARGO, TCRs, scanners, and receipt printers.
Understand Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) and host communication.
Work with Windows servers, VMs, and distributed systems.
Document and train offshore teams on support processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- ARGO/.Net (6+ years)
- MSSQL
- Dynatrace, Splunk (6+ years)
Experience Required:
11+ years overall experience
Minimum 8 years in Production Support
Experience in ARGO Teller product is a plus
