Job Details

  • Provide production support for ARGO Teller and Central Payments applications.

  • Respond to ARGO EDMS alerts and resolve issues promptly.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on defects, configurations, environmental/system designs.

  • Collaborate with ARGO vendor for troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, triaging, and setting up alerts.

  • Diagnose transaction, network, and database issues for problem resolution.

  • Address issues in ARGO, TCRs, scanners, and receipt printers.

  • Understand Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) and host communication.

  • Work with Windows servers, VMs, and distributed systems.

  • Document and train offshore teams on support processes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • ARGO/.Net (6+ years)
  • MSSQL
  • Dynatrace, Splunk (6+ years)

Experience Required:

  • 11+ years overall experience

  • Minimum 8 years in Production Support

  • Experience in ARGO Teller product is a plus
