- Creation and maintenance of Elements and the Fast Formulas associated
- Elements is specific to Payroll Module
- Use of Oracle Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract and OTBI, BI Publisher
- Tables used in Oracle HCM for support and reporting needs
- People that worked on EBS platform of Oracle (on prem) will have this
This role is within a HR technology team that focuses specifically on payroll. This organization implemented Oracle HCM Fusion about a year ago and are continuing to build their teams as their SI partner rolls off. This person should have expert understanding of Payroll Module within Oracle HCM as well as significant experience with Core HR and Compensation Modules. The team is seeking someone that understands the configuration and integrations between the modules. This role will involve hands on development, but also solutioning including working with other teams to craft solutions. Additionally, a major responsibility is to ensure the upgrades do not fail as back-end components are updated and quarterly upgrades occur. For instance, the group is replacing a backend program called Vertex with Oracle Calc Engine in order to ensure proper functionality, this person will need to help with testing and ensuring functionality. From a configuration/integration standpoint, there are many vendors that need to be integrated with this instance of Oracle to ensure functionality. Ideal candidates will understand payroll processing, Payroll Module and be comfortable working in a techno-functional capacity through development, testing, integration and consulting with teams.
