Commercial Line Account Manager (Headsburg, CA)

We are looking for an awesome Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and provide accurate information about products and services. Follow-up with customers to make sure they are happy seek opportunities to account rounding and cross selling of commercial lines.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of client servicing experience within commercial insurance at an Agency
• An Active MA Property & Casualty License
• College degree is preferred
• Great communication skills (both verbal and written)

Will get trained on-site in Healdsburg, Ca and later work in a Hybrid model. This is a full-time salaried role, with benefits and many perks.
