Position: Globalscape

Location: Rosemont, IL (Remote)

Hiring: Fulltime/W2 Contract

Job Description:

  • Years of experience- 2-3 years, Must have Skills- Globalscape version 7,8 and 9, and Good to Have- Control-M v9 and v10.
  • Globalscape version 7,8 and 9 o Configure EFT jobs within Globalscape according to business requirements.
    Configure file processing workflow based on existing business rules.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and improve performance of FTP servers, as required to manage security aspects such as encryption, authentication, controls and reconciliation of files shared through FTP.
  • Co-ordinate with the peers and work on tickets within SLA o Good analytical skills with prior experience in Globalscape EFT troubleshooting.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with peers and customers.
  • Service Now knowledge to handle Incidents and Service requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication a must.
  • Should have experience to work directly with vendors and US based customers.
  • Must have experience with Globalscape 7, 8 and 9 versions
  • Must have experience in doing performance analysis and health checks of Globalscape environment
  • Should be capable to play Individual contributor role
