S4Hana Testing Manager

Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Beverage industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technical initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of their application environment.

We are seeking a Testing Workstream Manager to lead and execute the testing strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role involves overseeing all testing phases from planning and coordination to execution and reporting - ensuring high-quality delivery of critical business solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven background in managing complex SAP testing programs.

Position Summary

• Lead all aspects of the SAP S/4HANA testing lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and manage test plans, cases, and schedules aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Execute regression, end-to-end, and performance testing, ensuring coverage across key SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Leverage automated and AI-powered testing tools to optimize efficiency and defect detection.
• Oversee defect management processes, coordinating closely with functional, technical, and offshore testing teams.
• Provide detailed test progress and quality reporting to stakeholders and project leadership.
• Ensure secure and realistic test data setup and environment management for all testing phases.
• Define and manage entry and exit criteria for testing phases, supporting readiness for cutover and go-live.
• Collaborate with change management and governance teams to ensure risk mitigation and operational readiness.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies by integrating lessons learned and best practices from prior implementations.

Experience

• At least 7+ years of experience in SAP testing, with direct involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP business process testing across functional areas.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and AI-driven testing tools.
• Proficiency in defect management, test execution, and quality assurance reporting.
• Experience with test data management and secure testing environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience managing offshore testing teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
