Job Description:

• Identify and engage key stakeholders within the client organization across business and IT.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to capture current state, pain points, and future PAM requirements.
• Lead and plan project kickoff sessions and support the finalization of the RFP document.
• Define and document evaluation criteria aligned to both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and finalize a weighted scoring mechanism to support vendor comparisons.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define client-specific PAM use cases and priorities.
• Finalize the RFP document in partnership with the client s procurement team.
• Coordinate Q&A sessions with shortlisted vendors and schedule product demonstrations or Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Gather and reconcile feedback and scoring from client stakeholders post-demos/POCs.
• Consolidate findings and prepare a detailed recommendation report for vendor selection

• Proven expertise in Privileged Access Management platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, One Identity).
• Strong experience in conducting PAM assessments and developing RFPs for enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of IAM/PAM architecture, controls, use cases, and industry best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks, scoring models, and vendor selection reports.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
