Job Title: Appian Developer (Remote)

Location: Remote (USA-based candidates preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Appian Developer with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on the Appian BPM platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, and Appian best practices. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative team on innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Appian BPM.

  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Appian solutions.

  • Build Appian objects including records, reports, process models, interfaces, and expressions.

  • Ensure application quality through unit testing and peer reviews.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

  • Follow SDLC processes, documentation standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 3 years of experience in Appian BPM application development.

  • Strong knowledge of Appian objects, process models, rules, records, and UI design.

  • Experience with Appian version 20.x or above.

  • Good understanding of relational databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL).

  • Basic knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) integration with Appian.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Appian Level 1 or Level 2 Certification.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
