HIRING: IT Finance Systems Analyst (ERP Focus)
San Juan Capistrano, CA (4-day onsite work)

$70K-$95K/year (DOE)

Join a dynamic team as an IT Finance Systems Analyst supporting financial systems and ERP operations. This role is key in managing financial workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.

What you'll do:

• Support/troubleshoot and optimize ERP systems (ideally EPICOR/Kinetic, but any ERP experience is welcome! With the willingness to learn EPICOR/Kinetic) in financial modules


• Configure and implement financial system improvements


• Data manage AP close, reconciliation, and financial reporting


• Collaborate across finance, IT, and other teams


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years in financial/accounting/ERP systems


• Experience with ERP systems (EPICOR/Kinetic is a plus, but not required)


• Strong understanding of AP, month-end close, and reconciliation


• SQL/reporting skills and data analysis proficiency


• Willingness to learn new systems and tools
