Technology Stack: PHP, JavaScript, React
A Technical Lead who can serve as the technical face of our team to the client. This individual will be responsible for managing communications, reporting, incident handling, and ensuring high-quality, on-time technical deliverables. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and experienced in leading scalable products with millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client
* Drive regular reporting, status updates, and timely communication
* Lead and participate in incident calls, ensuring quick resolution and root cause analysis
* Coordinate and oversee the development team's deliverables and timelines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers
* Ensure best practices are followed in development, testing, and deployment
* Provide technical leadership on architectural decisions and code quality
* Mentor developers and foster a high-performance engineering culture

Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, and React
* Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
* Familiarity with application security and performance optimization
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and various deployment strategies
* Proven track record of leading development for large-scale products with a million+ user base
* Excellent communication and client interaction skills
* Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
* Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes
* Strong experience on cloud platform AWS.

Desirable Skills
* Experience in handling production support and critical incident management
* Prior experience in a client-facing technical leadership role
