Job description:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users via in-person, phone, or remote access.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, operating systems, and applications.

Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.

Assist with system imaging, software deployment, and patch management.

Document support issues and solutions using the helpdesk ticketing system.
