Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract job with a client in Austin, TX(Hybrid). You will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Unified Directory in a Linux environment, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour

Lead job responsibilities include:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) and related IAM components in a Linux environment.
- Oversee upgrades and troubleshooting for OUD, OAM, OID, and OIF to ensure secure and efficient identity management.
- Design and manage enterprise directory architecture, including schema and namespace planning.
- Collaborate with automation teams, integrating tools like Ansible, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support scripting and automation efforts using Java, PowerShell, Python, and Flask.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring best practices in IAM and DevOps integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on experience in Oracle IAM tools.
- Proven expertise in OUD, OAM, OID, and related Oracle IAM technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong automation background with working knowledge of tools like Ansible, Docker, CI/CD, GitLab, and scripting in Python or Flask.
