Implementation Engineer

Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.

Execute hands-on implementation of completed Arista designs and configurations.

Perform rigorous testing to ensure system stability, efficiency, and security prior to full-scale deployment.

Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures to support client understanding of new systems and changes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, delivering timely and effective solutions.

Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Evaluate post-implementation system performance and provide ongoing support and optimization.

Run and validate Ansible scripts; identify and resolve issues in execution.

Apply basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Arista CVP.

Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively across teams and levels, both verbally and in writing.

Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical acumen.

Partner collaboratively with others to support project success.

Prioritize workload and respond proactively to emerging issues.





REQUIRMENTS -

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field; technical training accepted.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably with Arista, BGP, and automation.

Experience with Ansible required; Python and Unix/Linux background are a plus.

CCIE certification preferred.

Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus.

Ability to manage risk, make sound decisions, and align actions with business strategy.
