Job Title: Partner Development Manager [Snowflake/Databricks/Azure Synapse]
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our DEA (Data, Engineering, and Analytics) business in one of the following specialty areas: Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, building strategic partnerships, and driving new consulting opportunities in the chosen platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth:Develop and execute a robust business plan to expand DEA consulting services within the chosen specialty area (Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse).
  • Market Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target clients, and market segments to achieve growth targets.
  • Partner Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners (Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft/Azure) to maximize joint business opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies, differentiators, and accelerators that enhance our competitive position.
  • Sales Enablement:Work closely with the presales team, solution architects, and technical delivery experts to convert leads and close deals.
  • Ecosystem Engagement:Represent the firm at industry events, partner forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in the chosen platform ecosystem.
  • Performance Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, partner management, or sales within the technology consulting or cloud data platform space.
  • Deep understanding of at least one of the following platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
  • Strong network and relationships within the relevant partner ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
