This role involves managing testing teams, developing test strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for systems related to regulatory reporting and compliance.

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and business teams to understand regulatory changes and their impact on systems.

• Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage of all compliance-related scenarios.

• Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare and present test summary dashboards and reports to senior leadership, highlighting compliance status and risks.

• Stay updated with changes in US regulatory requirements and ensure testing processes are adjusted accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in end-to-end testing, with a focus on compliance and regulatory reporting.

• Strong understanding of US regulations such as BASEL, SOX, SOC2, Dodd-Frank, and SEC reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.

• Background in finance or banking sectors is highly desirable.
