Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a highly capable professional to support business applications and data solutions within an enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, advanced Excel automation, and system integrations. The role will collaborate with a manager operating in Pacific Time.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to support business processes.
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows for process automation.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for analytics and data visualization.
Data Management & Integration
  • Work with SQL databases for querying, transformation, and data manipulation.
  • Integrate applications and workflows using REST APIs and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data flows across multiple systems.
Advanced Excel Solutions
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using advanced Excel features.
  • Build dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, and analytical reports.
  • Automate business processes using VBA macros and sophisticated Excel functions.
Collaboration & Support
  • Maintain documentation for applications, integrations, workflows, and related configurations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed tools and applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
  • Hands-on experience integrating systems using REST APIs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboarding, complex formulas, and VBA automation.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern data security practices.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Experience working with distributed teams or supporting stakeholders across time zones is a plus.
