Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager with e-commerce/Retail domain strong track record of leading complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess:

What will you do?

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Define project scope, work effort, estimates, execution plans, and ensure smooth delivery by removing impediments and involving the right stakeholders.
• Financial Management:
  Own and manage the project budget including budgeting, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, EV/ROI tracking, and team velocity metrics. (capex / opex)
• Quality & Risk Management:
  Plan and execute quality assurance activities, implement quality control policies, manage risks, and ensure corrective actions when needed.
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
  Lead high-performance cross-functional teams, build partnerships across functions (development, QA, product), and regularly communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and senior leadership.
• Strategic & Impact Analysis:
  Anticipate and analyze strategic project impacts, interdependencies, and recommend informed decisions to executive leadership.
• Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
  Evaluate complex project issues, facilitate meetings across departments to address risks, and escalate to Program Managers or senior leadership when necessary.
• Vendor Management & Communication:
  Engage with product vendors to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Mentorship & Talent Development:
  May mentor junior project managers and participate in recruiting and hiring processes.

What are we looking for?

• Project Management Expertise:
  Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, etc.).
• Financial & Analytical Acumen:
  Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and interpreting financial performance data to drive decisions.
• Domain experience : Candidate with E-commerce/Retail domain experience is plus
• Leadership & Collaboration Skills:
  Experience leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members, and influencing positive change across the organization.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
  Strong ability to communicate project updates, risks, and technical concepts to diverse audiences including executive stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking:
  Ability to anticipate project interdependencies, understand broader business implications, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Problem-Solving Mindset:
  Skilled at identifying and resolving complex issues, managing project risks, and facilitating resolution through collaboration.

  Experience in working with external vendors and managing relationships effectively.
