Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives and drive their successful completion in a dynamic service-oriented environment. Based in Westlake, Ohio, this role requires a proactive leader who excels in client relations, strategic planning, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, exceptional organization skills, and a solution-driven mindset to every aspect of project management.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee complex projects while ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
Manage client relationships effectively, addressing issues and fostering strong partnerships.
Lead project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes, balancing competing priorities.
Develop and implement strategic plans, including process improvements and scope management.
Provide training and education to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of project deliverables.
Resolve conflicts and navigate challenges with resource planning and utilization.
Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up processes to ensure project transparency and accountability.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Utilize tools such as Agile Scrum methodologies and Atlassian Jira for project tracking and optimization.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing complex client-focused projects.
Previous exposure to Healthcare, Property & Casualty, or Pharmacy Benefit Management insurance industries.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic schedules and competing priorities.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, conflict resolution, and change management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.
Certification or relevant educational background in project management is highly desirable.
