Location: Orlando, FL (3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Initial Contract
Compensation: $57- $67/hr

Project Manager

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and dashboards to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage risks and issues, and ensure clear documentation of decisions and actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and align project deliverables with business needs.
• Ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards, including identity and access management best practices.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and project sponsors.
• Support resource coordination across teams and escalate resource gaps or conflicts as needed.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders and ensure shared understanding across all involved parties.
• Coordinate efforts with vendors and third-party partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• High level leadership on the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects
• Define project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.
• Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving infrastructure and security domains.
• Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Identity and access management process and systems; Microsoft active directory; server and networking fundamentals experience preferred
