Description

We are seeking an Applications Architect in Greer, South Carolina. This role involves leading a team of internal, external, and customer experts to analyze application and data migration requirements and provide solutions. As a key part of our team, you will also be responsible for planning, designing, and building complex PLM digital roadmaps, as well as translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for complex IT solutions and integrated architecture.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of internal, external, and customer experts in analyzing application and data migration requirements
Provide solutions based on the analysis of these requirements
Act as the Lead Architect on the program, planning, designing, and building complex PLM digital roadmaps
Translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for complex IT solutions and integrated architecture
Verify accuracy and identify at a high level any missing templates that may need to be created
Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation
Define and review design specifications and hand over to the project team
Engage through the build and test of the solution to ensure the continued integrity of the architectural solution
Coordinate architectural implementation and modification activities
Review, categorize, and prioritize escalated customer product-related issues from PLM consultants/PLM implementation partners
Mentor PLM consultant/PLM implementation partner team members as an architectural authority for PLM solution applied to industry
Keep up-to-date with Solution Architecture practices, maintaining an understanding of the latest technical, process, and industry trends
Establish, build, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers' technical peers
Support RFP and bidding process, through the complexity solution options for PLM strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

Proficient in ENOVIA.
Skilled in Oracle PLM.
Experience in application configuration.
Familiarity with CAD software.
Proven ability to architect, design, and implement applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of latest industry trends in application architecture.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including developers, designers, and business leaders.
Ability to provide technical leadership to the team.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
