Job Details: Job Role: Business Analyst Location: Virginia Beach, VA
What will you do? Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers. Validates results by testing programs. Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support. Provides reference by writing documentation.
What do we need? Bachelor s degree in computer science Total Exp of 7-10 years 3+ years of experience working in a scaled agile framework development environment preferred Require minimum 2+ years of experience in Healthcare domain. Experience in APIs implementation project, knowledge of FHIR APIs. Experience in Broker/Employer/Provider Portal Project implementation. Prior B2C or direct to consumer experience in mobile/web is preferred. Understands technical solution design and can communicate solution details to both business and technical peers Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
