We are seeking a Partner Operations Vice President to lead the firm's relationships with custodians and WealthTech providers. This role is critical in driving seamless integrations, alternative investment operational efficiency, and partner success across CAIS' ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in custody operations, technology integrations, and wealth management infrastructure, coupled with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills. Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship & Delivery Management
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with custodians and WealthTech partners, ensuring alignment with CAIS' growth and operational priorities
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-priority partner requests, ensuring efficient resolution and proactive issue management
  • Develop and execute partnership roadmaps to enhance CAIS' connectivity with custodians and technology providers
  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize data flow, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Provide executive-level updates on partnership developments, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives

Operational & Integration Leadership
  • Oversee integration strategies and execution, ensuring seamless data exchange between CAIS, custodians, and WealthTech platforms
  • Scope and define business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance API capabilities and interoperability
  • Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline partner workflows
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to integration adoption and partner engagement

Product & Platform Expertise
  • Act as the subject matter expert on custodian operations, reconciliation processes, and investment technology infrastructure
  • Communicate the value of CAIS' platform capabilities, integrations, and operational efficiencies to custodians and WealthTech providers
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive enhancements that improve the end-to-end investment experience
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in wealth technology and digital custody solutions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technology-related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in custody operations, wealth management technology, or financial services integrations
  • Deep understanding of custodian workflows, alternative investment transactions, and financial technology ecosystems
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 (or ability to obtain)
  • Expertise in API integrations, data reconciliation, and digital wealth platforms
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

CAIS' compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
