Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support the migration of our Product Support System (PSS) to Salesforce. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration and migration projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the migration of the Product Support System (PSS) to Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the PSS.
Ensure data integrity and security during the migration process.
Provide training and support to end-users post-migration.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce platform.
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Data Management: Expertise in managing and migrating large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee the migration process, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proven experience in leading migration projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

This is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
