Client is looking for a .Net Core Developer who can assist with an integration project. They have a MVC site they are looking to add on to and enhance. The bulk of the work is going to be using Azure Durable Functions and .Net Core. The developer will be using Rest APIs to create connections between. They are currently on .Net Core 6 and planning to move to .Net Core 8.
Job Responsibilities
Performs assigned programming tasks related to new development or maintenance on assigned applications.
Analyzes user needs and impact to other site areas to determine technical requirements of assigned tasks.
Promotes strong quality practices by performing unit testing and providing appropriate level of support for user acceptance testing, as needed.
Maintains accurate technical documentation for assigned programming projects.
Develops and maintains a solid understanding of the technology tools and trends and remains current in new technology developments and their potential impact on the department.
Qualifications
3+ years working experience with C# using .NET Framework, .Net Core, Visual Studio and SQL Server
2+ years work experience with the design and implementation of integration solutions
Strong SQL development skills
Experience with API design and implementation
Experience with Azure development technologies, including Functions, App Services, and SQL
Strong communication skills with an excellent attitude towards learning and applying new technologies
