About the Role:
Client is seeking a highly motivated Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity operations team with a dedicated focus on securing and monitoring systems within the Tolling Division. This role will play a critical part in protecting the operations technology (OT) environment and ensuring the security of tolling-related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor security alerts and logs related to tolling infrastructure using SIEM and other cybersecurity monitoring tools.
  • Analyze, investigate, and triage security events and potential incidents involving tolling systems and roadside devices.
  • Coordinate with Tolling Division personnel, vendors, and OT operations teams to support incident response, digital forensics, and remediation activities.
  • Assist in onboarding tolling systems into cybersecurity monitoring processes, including asset inventory, log ingestion, and establishing configuration baselines.
  • Conduct security assessments and reviews of tolling systems for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps against standards such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and internal policies.
  • Support the integration of tolling infrastructure with existing OT cybersecurity tools, such as vulnerability management, endpoint protection, asset management, and access control systems.
  • Develop and maintain incident response procedures and playbooks tailored to tolling infrastructure.
  • Contribute to ongoing security reporting, dashboard development, and metrics tracking for tolling environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve the security posture of tolling systems.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 1 year supporting OT, ICS/SCADA, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, log analysis, and incident response processes.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, system hardening practices, and asset inventory methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with tolling systems, transportation infrastructure, or roadside equipment.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, or CIS Controls.
  • Professional certifications such as GICSP, GCIA, Security+, or CISSP.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors in environments with shared operational responsibilities.
