Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our onsite Medical Call Center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced medical environment and be proficient in handling patient communications, insurance processes, and electronic health records.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of recent call center experience (preferably in a medical setting).
- 1+ years of experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office environment.
- Knowledge of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans.
- Proficiency withEpic systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent experience as a Patient Service Representative.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
