Role: Capacity Manager (W2 Only) Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Chandler, AZ, Jersey City, NJ / Addison, TX / Washington, DC / Richmond, VA Type: W2

We're looking for an experienced Capacity Manager with deep expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance modeling. This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure and applications can meet demand, while supporting risk, audit, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Must-Have Experience:

  • IT Capacity Management (not general infra or perf roles)
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning methodologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT frameworks
  • Tools: AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Splunk, Performance Center, vmstat/SAR
  • Exposure to audit and regulatory compliance activities

Nice to Have:

  • Background in Infrastructure Architecture
  • Experience with ITSM processes
