Job Title: Junior Project Manager PLM

Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the Team center PLM rollout at the plant, in coordination with global teams
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with global rollout timelines.
- Organize and lead local project governance meetings, status reporting, and issue escalation.
- Collaborate with global PLM program teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, templates, and timelines.
- Work closely with local engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive PLM tool adoption.
- Serve as the single point of contact between the site and global teams for all PLM rollout-related activities.
- Coordinate localization of global PLM processes to meet site-specific needs without compromising global alignment.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and onboarding sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
- Support change management activities including communication planning, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Coordinate system integration activities with other tools (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD).
- Oversee and assist in data migration, validation, and testing activities to ensure data quality and system readiness.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution processes.
- Support go-live activities including hypercare and stabilization support.
