Our client is hiring a Desktop Support Technician!

 

Title: Desktop Support Technician

Type: 8 month contract with expectation to extend

Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)

Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshooting complex hardware and desktop/SaaS software issues and imaging and replacing desktops, laptops, and tablets.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with DellMacintosh (Apple), and Panasonic hardware
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS 365) suite
