Job Title: Superintendent
Duration: Permanent Hire/Direct Hire
Location: Dallas Fort Worth Area
Pay Range - $140 - $155K per annum

Must Have's
- Oversee 1 3 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity (usually between 20 Million-220 Million) , with a focus on ground-up educational K-12 OR Healtcare OR Warehouse OR Data centers OR Large Mixed use. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXP IS NOT A FIT!
- 5-10 years exp working on Large projects 20Million dollars plus
