Job Title: Business Analyst- Expert
Task ID: HRI #207
Position Duration: 12 months
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite)
Mandatory Qualification:
- 84 months experience gathering, prioritizing and documenting business requirements with key stakeholders for software enhancements, migration, new development or process re-engineering
- 84 months experience with regulatory-based workflow analysis, including complex business rules, workflow processes, data migration scenarios, and development design options.
- 24 months experience developing backend service layer functionality utilizing CDI/EJB or Spring, Persistence Frameworks (such as JPA or Hibernate), Entity and DTO objects.
- 84 months experience as lead facilitator of business requirements gathering sessions with business/program subject matter experts and systems requirements/specifications sessions with technical staff. Experience must detail leading business and systems analysis, joint application development sessions, client interviews, focus groups, and engaging with subject matter experts.
- 24 months experience developing unit tests in a Java-based framework such as JUnit, Selenium, or Vaadin Testbench.
- 72 months experience with UX design review with end users during the entire development life cycle
- BA/BS Degree in computer science, information science, public health, or related field from an accredited institution
