Job Details

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong domain expertise in property damage claims processing and financial accounting systems. This role involves leading architecture, design, and integration of scalable solutions within a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for claims lifecycle and ledger integration

  • Translate business requirements into technical design artifacts

  • Lead client workshops and work closely with product and development teams

  • Recommend and implement appropriate tech stacks (cloud-native preferred)

  • Ensure compliance with financial and insurance regulatory standards

  • Guide development teams through subsystem and API integration design

  • Support implementation, testing, and stakeholder training

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture roles

  • Strong domain experience in claims processing and financial accounting

  • Hands-on with TOGAF, UML, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

  • Proven success delivering complex solutions across insurance or BFSI domains

  • Familiarity with data mining, visualization, and ML toolchains is a plus

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and agile delivery experience

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to property damage or casualty claims workflows

  • Experience integrating claims platforms with ERP or GL systems

  • Certifications in TOGAF or AWS/Azure Architect
