Job Title: Sr Business/Quality Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract
Interview Mode: MS Teams and Final round In-person
Note: Local to the Indianapolis, IN area only
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will work closely with program staff, IT teams, and external vendors to support system enhancements, resolve issues, and improve data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across immunization systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases for system enhancements, patches, and new releases.
- Perform functional and regression testing of system patches and enhancements; identify defects and document test results to support go/no-go decisions.
- Track, manage, and follow up on tickets with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support testing and implementation of new system modules (e.g., vaccine transfers, returns, VOMS, and related functionality).
- Work with IT and immunization program teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate patients, incorrect merges, duplicate facilities, and invalid vaccine records.
- Analyze business and user needs, propose system improvements, and translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Assist with resolving electronic data transmission issues and support reporting through tools such as PHC-Hub and IQ.
- Generate and analyze reports to notify providers and EMR vendors of data submission errors and quality issues.
