RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network/Infrastructure Manager in New York, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level IT Project Manager to support network and infrastructure projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems-including network setups, low-voltage infrastructure, security systems, and site readiness-for new developments, acquisitions, renovations, and operational facilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can translate technical requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.

Key Tasks:
* Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and network deployment projects for new and existing properties
* Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risks across multiple stakeholders
* Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and partners
* Ensure projects meet timelines during real estate site build-outs, transitions, and openings

Network & Infrastructure Coordination:
* Oversee installation and configuration activities for network hardware, cabling, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, and other infrastructure equipment
* Partner with vendors, low-voltage contractors, telco providers, and internal technical teams to ensure readiness and quality
* Support provisioning of internet services and telecom circuits, including order tracking and issue resolution
* Facilitate site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and cutover planning

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
* Collaborate with real estate, construction, operations, and facilities teams to align IT requirements with project plans
* Work closely with external installers, ISPs, and technology partners to track milestones and manage deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-5 years of experience in IT project management or technical coordination roles
* Foundational understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, switches, firewalls)
* Experience supporting infrastructure deployments, ideally across multiple sites
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
