Position: NERC CIP Compliance Lead
Location: Remote (May require occasional travel to San Diego or Las Vegas)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Duration: Multi-Year Contract
Eligibility: No citizenship restrictions; must have significant verifiable US experience

Role Overview

The NERC CIP Compliance Lead will play a critical role in ensuring continuous audit readiness, supporting control testing, aligning internal policies with NERC standards, and managing compliance tooling (SigmaFlow or similar). You will also lead compliance analysts and coordinate with stakeholders, auditors, and executives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain audit readiness, conduct gap assessments, and perform control testing
NERC CIP mapping & evidence collection
Manage IAM processes (onboarding, offboarding, recertifications, access reviews)
Direct and mentor compliance analysts, manage daily operations
Build control/evidence frameworks
Configure and manage SigmaFlow or similar compliance automation tools

Required Experience & Skills

7+ years in NERC CIP compliance and audit support
Proven ability to guide analysts, manage stakeholders, and interface with auditors/executives
Strong documentation and communication skills
