Responsabilities:
- 5-10+ years of technical operations or IT platform leadership, preferably within a Managed Services Provider, SaaS company, or IT consultancy
- Demonstrated success managing **multi-functional technical teams**, including software/DevOps and IT operations
- Solid technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform components - ideally including **Azure**, application integration (e.g., **Boomi**, **APIs**), and databases
- Comfortable with Agile project management frameworks (especially SCRUM) and backlog-focused planning
- Familiarity with enterprise operations tools such as **ServiceNow**, Remote Monitoring & Management platforms, PAM/PAR solutions, and access/account provisioning workflows
- Strong executive presence: able to lead meetings, justify priorities, and handle challenging or ambiguous questions professionally
- Highly KPI-driven and organized, with a track record of using metrics to drive accountability and performance
Preferred:
- Background in software development or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Experience structuring or scaling teams during key growth phases
- Exposure to BCDR planning, though day-to-day on-call involvement is **not** expected
- ITIL awareness or experience designing service onboarding workflows

Responsabilities:
- Lead the full Technical Operations team (Build + TechOps), providing direction, mentoring, and performance management
- Maintain responsibility for project delivery, technical backlog management, sprint execution (for Build team), and operational discipline across platforms
- Serve as the team's voice in cross-functional conversations, aligning technical capabilities with business needs and customer outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Security, Product, and Engineering) to drive onboarding, tool integration, and service optimization
- Represent the team with a polished and confident communication style during meetings with internal executives and, occasionally, customer stakeholders
- Drive a KPI-focused culture: develop and track performance metrics tied to platform uptime, service onboarding SLAs, sprint velocity, ticket resolution, etc.
- Ensure systems and tools are scalable, secure, and standardized for long-term growth
- Hire, onboard, and coach team members as the operation scales
