Job Title: SAP Project Manager

MUST HAVE
Specific SAP Expertise:
SAP FI/CO Solution experience in Material Costing.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS).
- Specialization in designing and implementing SAP GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO (Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization) solutions.
- Industry Experience: MUST have experience with US-based Aerospace and Defense companies. This is critical due to FAR regulations.
- Education: Graduate degree required.
- Location: While remote, candidates must be based in the US.
- Requires 12+ years SAP FI/CO Solution experience in Material Costing in SAP using SAP PMMO or GPD for A&D industry.
- Work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
- Successful candidate must have an hands-on expertise in SAP S4HANA Project System with specialization in designing SAP GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO solution for an US based Aerospace and Defense company.
- The GPD / PMMO function of SAP "is an automated inventory process where parts and their associated costs move between contracts."
- The candidate should have good customer facing consulting skills and a detailed experiences in designing grouping strategies as a part of GPD solution for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR.
- Should be able to understand the functional requirements from the client and appropriately convert them into Functional Design Documents.
- Should be able to lead/assist the team with his/her functional/technical skills whenever an issue is encountered.
- Performing effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities.
- Should have good team leader skills to co-ordinate with team members
- Should be able to assist the team with his/her skills whenever an issue is encountered.
- Building relationships with clients and keeping abreast of the various client developments
- Performing troubleshooting and problem resolution of any complex application built.
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, and communication skills are required.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, Experience in working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- SAP Project Management and Manufacturing Optimization/ SAP Grouping, Pegging and Distribution, SAP Accounting
- Good Communication and Client management skills, SAP based manufacturing experiences
