Job Details

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Consultant to join our client s enterprise SAP team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP environments, with a strong focus on SAP HANA, including data modeling, performance tuning, and S/4HANA migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of SAP HANA models (attribute views, analytic views, calculation views).

  • Work on S/4HANA migration projects, including planning, system conversion, and data modeling.

  • Optimize existing HANA models for performance and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP Functional, ABAP, and Basis) to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts and stored procedures within the HANA database.

  • Participate in technical architecture design, review sessions, and code walk-throughs.

  • Provide expertise on data replication techniques (SLT, BODS, SDI/SDQ).

  • Document technical specifications, conduct knowledge transfer, and support UAT.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years hands-on in SAP HANA.

  • Strong expertise in native HANA modeling, SQL scripting, and performance tuning.

  • Deep knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, especially from a HANA DB perspective.

  • Experience in data provisioning tools and methods like SLT, BODS.

  • Proficiency in SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE/SAP HANA XS.

  • Experience with BW on HANA and/or BW/4HANA is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate SAP HANA).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps in SAP environments.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based HANA deployments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
