Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Icertis CLM deployments (configuring workflows, clause libraries, obligation management).
Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, DCAA).
Leadership experience in aerospace, defence or highly regulated industries.
Proven track record integrating Icertis with ERP (Infor/SAP/Oracle) and Finance (Costpoint/Deltek) systems.
Strong business analysis skills ability to translate legal/contract requirements into system configuration.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
